Stucco Inspection

Stucco is included as part of the main home inspection but can be ordered as an individual inspection if needed. Stucco is a great siding for our climate, but unlike most siding, it's field manufactured, leaving more opportunity for issues if not installed correctly.  A stucco inspection involves a visual examination of the stucco's condition, including exterior sealants, flashing, windows, doors, roof-to-stucco transitions, parapets, gutters, deck-to-building connections, stucco terminations, and any penetrations through the stucco.  This inspection helps identify current and potential issues.
