4 -Point Inspection

A 4-point inspection is an inspection that assesses the condition of a home's four main systems. The roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). 

The main purpose of this inspection is that insurance companies often require a 4-point inspection before issuing a policy, especially for older homes
